Abstract : AstroSat the first multi-wavelength Astronomy Satellite of India was launched on 28 September, 2015. It has completed over 4 years in orbit, and has observed more than 500 celestial objects, including stars, planetary nebulae, X-ray binaries, galaxies, active galactic nuclei, galactic clusters, globular clusters and specific deep fields. Observations are based on proposals made by scientists all over the world. In this talk I will describe the methods of operations and will also highlight some of the recent results published using AstroSat observations.
