The registration is open with registration fee of Rs. 6000/- for ASI Members and Rs. 7000/- for Non ASI Members. The registration fee includes most meals at the event, as will be listed in the programme.
The registration fee for accompanying persons is Rs. 3000. Accompanying person means spouse only. The accompanying person will be able to attend few public events and lunch and dinners which are supported by the organizers.
The early registration deadline was 2nd Feb 2023.
The process of registration is complete only when the participant pays the registration fee and fills the conference registration form (available after login).
Registration fee for ASI 2023 can be paid electronically to the following Bank Account through online transfer (NEFT, IMPS, UPI). After Online Payment please send an email to secretary@astron-soc.in with the transfer Receipt.
Please Mention your Conference ID/name as a Message or Remarks while making online payment for identification or tracking. While sending an email to us please mention your Conference ID and your reference number or UTR Number if it is a online transaction.

Cancellation policy - Cancellation of registration:
Before 7 Feb 2023 - no cancellation fee
Between 7 Feb, 2023 and 18th Feb, 2023 - Rs 1000/- will be deducted and rest refunded
There will be no refund of registration fee for cancellation of registration on or after 19 Feb 2023.
