Abstract : We present the numerical relativity simulation of Binary Neutron Star (BNS) merger using the LS220 equation of state (EoS), which is a finite temperature equation of state created by James Lattimer and Douglas Swesty. We use the open-source GRMHD code WhiskyTHC to perform the simulations and LORENE to create the initial data for the simulation. We analyse the GW signal obtained and present the GW strain, the power spectral density and its corresponding spectrogram. Finally, we compare our results from these simulations with the BNS merger simulation for the zero temperature slice of the LS220 EoS with the same mass and initial data. We present the differences between the two with regards to the ejected matter, their temperature, their entropy and their electron fraction throughout the merger process.
