Abstract : In this work, we present a periodicity analysis of Intermediate mass black holes (IMBH) of mass $M_{BH} \sim 10^6 M_\odot$. These IMBH are 2-3 orders of magnitude less massive than the supermassive black holes ($M_{BH} \sim 10^8 - 10^9$). IMBH are an important subclass of AGNs bridging the gap between Stellar mass black holes and supermassive black holes. This analysis is carried out from a 5.1-year-long archival optical observation by Zwicky Transient Facility (ZTF) from March 2018 - to May 2023. For the detection of periodicities or quasi-periodicities and their localization in the time and frequency domain, we have used Lomb-Scargle periodograms and Weighted Wavelet Z-Transforms (WWZ) methods. For estimating the significance of periodicity features Monte-Carlo approach has been used. In one of the sources, we found a low freq Quasi-Periodic Oscillations (QPO) having a period of about 200 days with greater than $4-\sigma$ significance (i.e, at $\geq$ 99.99\% confidence level). Among various possible models, our analysis suggested that the model based on the Lens-Thirring mechanism may explain these low-frequency QPOs
