Abstract : To identify exoplanets capable of supporting human life, we contribute by predicting potential candidates using a multilayered statistical analysis applied to NASA's Confirmed Exoplanet Dataset. We begin with a comprehensive exploratory data analysis to check the data quality and perform preliminary data cleaning.Central to our study is investigating explanatory physics relevant to habitability, informed by basic stellar and planetary parameters available in the NASA dataset. Utilising these properties, we present an innovative model named "Astropib", designed to predict clusters of potential exoplanets. This model employs various statistical analysis techniques, including machine learning and other advanced methods, across multiple layers, resulting in the identification of promising exoplanet clusters. The outcome of this Astropib helps us as it significantly narrows the field of candidates from over 5,535 confirmed exoplanets. By identifying specific clusters that exhibit promising conditions for habitability, this study not only paves the way for more targeted and elaborate spectroscopic observations but also illustrates the significant impact of advanced statistical techniques in astronomical research and exoplanet studies. The methodology presented here marks a significant step towards pinpointing the most promising candidates for future habitats beyond Earth.
