Abstract : The determination of the physical parameters, spin, and mass in black hole X-ray binary systems is crucial for understanding their properties. "Continuum-fitting" and “relativistic reflection” are two widely used methods to measure the spin of stellar black holes. For XTE J2012+381, we observed that when the emissivity profile index from relativistic reflection models “relxill” is free to vary, it gives an unphysical value to the color-correction factor of the relativistic disk emission model “kerrbb”. In this presentation, I will discuss how the color-correction factor (𝑓𝑐𝑜𝑙) can guide the choice of the spin of the black hole and the inclination of the accretion disk estimated from the “relativistic reflection” method. I will present and discuss the broadband X-ray spectroscopy of black hole binary candidate XTE J2012+381. A physical value of color-correction factor for XTE J2012+381 favours a moderate inclination of the accretion disk and high spin for the black hole.
