Abstract : Neutron Star interior can be divided based on the composition at various radii. While outer regions are well understood, as we go close to the center, the matter is subjected to extreme pressure. Consequently, there is a lack of understanding primarily due to the infeasibility of reproducing the environment in a lab or via simulations. Therefore, it becomes imperative to understand the mapping of physically motivated parameterization of the equation of state (EoS) to the observables like mass and radius. In this work, we have used a neural network to map such an equation of state to the mass and radius of neutron stars in order to constrain EoS model parameters using astrophysical observations. Additionally, the sensitivities of EoS parameters towards the observable are also studied along with its implications.
