Abstract

I present a brief review of the present status of multi wavelength emission, from optical to X-rays, from Magnetic Cataclysmic Variables (MCVs). The spectral energy distribution of the MCVs is a perfect match to the multi-wavelength and a very wide X-ray band capabilities of soon to be launched ASTROSAT.
