The LOC have blocked several hotels(as listed) at a discounted price. Participants need to book hotels of their choice directly by contacting hotel (follow booking information). The room tariff for one night ( NON - REFUNDABLE) need to be sent to the hotel by wire transfer for securing your booking by 31st March 2016.
Pick up and drop arrangements will be available from these hotels only for registered conference participants.
All participants will be picked up from the airport or bus station on their arrival at Srinagar provided they inform the LOC well in advance.
