Oral Presentation Guidelines

Here are some guidelines for participants who will be giving oral presentations.

1. All contributed oral presentations are for 11+3 minutes, and one minute for changeover. Please prepare your presentations accordingly.
2. We have a packed schedule, so please stick to the duration of your talks so that the session can start and end on time.
3. All of the presentations will be made using the laptops provided by the LOC at the venue.
4. The presentation should be sent/uploaded in Google Drive or any suitable cloud storage platform as shared by the LOC team one day prior to your talk.
5. To avoid any possible technical issues, the LOC team has requested that participants use PDF files only.
6. Please check ahead of time that there are no technical issues in being able to access your presentation to the laptops provided and play it. At the minimum, please arrive in the lecture hall about 15 min prior to the start of the session to check these aspects.
