Payment Details
The registration is open, please find the details of the registration fee from the following table. The registration fee includes most meals at the event, as will be listed in the programme.

The registration fee for accompanying persons is Rs. 3000. Accompanying person means spouse / legal partner, child. The accompanying person will be able to attend few public events and lunch and dinners which are supported by the organizers.
After the early registration deadline (23rd Dec 2026), the registration fee will increase by Rs. 1,000/-, applicable to all categories mentioned above.
From 1st February 2027 onwards, the registration fee will increase by Rs. 3,000/-, applicable to all categories above including the onsite registration.
The process of registration is complete only when the participant pays the registration fee and fills the conference registration form (available after login).
Registration fee for ASI 2027 can be paid electronically to the following Bank Account through online transfer (NEFT, IMPS, UPI). After Online Payment please upload the screenshot of the transaction receipt through the online form.

Cancellation policy - Cancellation of registration:
On or before 14th January - No cancellation fee
Between 15th January to 31st January - Rs. 1000 will be deducted and rest refunded.
1st February 2027 and thereafter - No refund.
