New results from hydrodynamical simulations on the relevance of galactic outflows driven by star formation processes to IGM will be presented, for the mechanical and radiation aspects. We will also present the results of analytical calculations regarding the extent of patchy heating of IGM by cosmic rays arising from star forming galaxies. |
