Abstract : Multiple galactic micro-quasars show an unprecedented X-ray variation on varying time scales. It is possible to ascertain the radiative components responsible for such behavior by studying the energy-dependent temporal behavior. Specifically, it is required to determine the variations in different spectral parameters of the time-averaged spectrum that can lead to observed fractional r.m.s. and time lags. In the work, we worked on a possible method to do this where spectral parameters are first converted to physical ones in order to obtain direct interpretation for accretion disks present in such systems. As an example, we applied this to 3-4 Hz QPOs in GRS 1915+105 as observed by AstroSat. We compared the fractional r.m.s. and time lag at different QPO frequencies and their harmonic with the model that considers variations in accretion rate, inner disk radius and coronal heating rate along with time lags between them. In the talk, I will be presenting the generic method and fitting results between data and observations.
