Abstract : We investigate the dependence of the occurrence rates of X-ray solar flares (X, M and C-classes) and front side halo coronal mass ejections on the active region (ARs) properties observed from 2010-2016 in the solar cycle 24.A set of 60 active regions (ARs) properties was included. First an analysis of their properties and relationship between them are made. A moderate correlation is obtained between active region properties and CME properties. Second we found that, there are 13% of X-class flare, 52% of M-class flare, 35% of C-class flare. Third we found that many of flares were produced by  & Halo –type sunspot group and Ekc/Dkc/Fkc McIntosh sunspot class. (Key words: Halo coronal mass ejection, Active region, Flare, Sunspot.)
