Abstract : The development of the automated tools and pipelines are very crucial parts of any space-based instrument. The calibration processes specifically need a number of analyses runs for the same data sets with slight tweaks in input parameters to make decisions. On the other hand the output data file structures and the flow of other relevant information are important steps to develop any effectively optimized tool. The proper diagnosis short-cuts are also needed to deal with the bugs and limitations of the underlying code. In this talk I plan to discuss the delicacies and challenges we faced while developing the user friendly tools for the SXT calibration and the data analysis modules of for science users community.
