Abstract : Period measurement on a photon deprived high energy source signal is computationally expensive. An accurate error propagation on those methods can be quite challenging. We present an empirical error analysis using epoch folding and Z-square method for range pulsar profile as a function on different parameters. We used simulated and real data for this study
