Abstract : Interaction of dark matter with other cosmic species would many a time lead to a suppression in the small scale structure of the universe. This will eventually reduce the low mass dark matter halo and alter the total number of ionizing photons (compared to LCDM), thereby affecting the reionization history. We have considered different interacting dark matter-neutrino scenarios and investigated their possible effects on the reionization era using particle mesh N-body code, leading to possible constraints on any such interaction. We have done Fisher matrix forecast analysis for the interaction parameters and a set of reionization parameters in the context of upcoming SKA1-low observation, and searched for possible consequences.
