Title: Science while female
Prof. Rama Govindarajan is an accomplished scientist who started out by doing her BTech in chemical engineering from IIT Delhi. Later she did her PhD work with Roddam Narasimha at IISc on Aerospace Engineering. And is actually a person working who studies fluids. Some of you may have heard her delightful talk on clouds yesterday at IUCAA. Her contribution has been recognised when she received the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar award for the engineering sciences in 2007.
