Bus transport arrangements for ASI annual meeting 2023: participants staying outside IIT Indore campus
The transport arrangements for the upcoming ASI annual meeting 2023 from 1st March to 5th March for participants who are staying outside the IIT Indore campus.
To ensure your smooth and hassle-free transportation to the event venue, we have arranged for 5 buses that will pick you up from the designated locations. Please note that it is imperative to adhere to the timeline as any delays may disrupt the entire schedule of the event.
We would also like to inform the participants who are not staying at the listed hotels to arrive at the nearest hotel location mentioned below to avail the transportation facility (Please check your nearest pick-up point using the locations mentioned below). Please ensure that you arrive at the designated location on time to avoid any inconvenience.

We urge you to kindly be present at the respective pick-up points at the mentioned timings to avoid any inconvenience. The buses will leave promptly and will not be able to wait beyond the scheduled time.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances that leads to you missing the bus, please avail the M-19 bus from Bhawarkuan Square. This will drop you at IIT gate number 1. You can see the availability of these buses via the Chalo app that can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple Store. Additionally, you can also avail cab services e.g. Ola, Uber, etc.
