Abstract : Flares are impulsive releases of magnetic energy, which appear as a brightening of emission across the electromagnetic spectrum, lasting from minutes to hours. Understanding the thermodynamics of solar flares is crucial for comprehending the physical processes governing these intense bursts of energy. In this work, we select the flare observed on the 5th of August 2023(X1.6 class flare). The flare was observed in Extreme Ultraviolet by AIA/SDO, and in Hard X-Ray by STIX/Solar Orbiter. We also use solar X-ray spectrum from XSM/Chandrayaan-2. We use XSM data to estimate the elemental abundance and AIA & STIX data to study the thermal energy content leveraging the Differential Emission Measure (DEM) technique.
