The LOC has identified some hotels closer to the venue, interested participants may book them using the following details. These rooms may not be available closer to the date. The discounted rates will be available only upto 31st December 2023. There are about 114 double rooms including all of these.
While booking please mention IISc (Tata Institute) ASI 2024 conference for availing these rates. Some hotels may not have twin (separate) beds for double occupancy. Please check while booking.
Please bring govt issued ID (aadhar, DL) and check the check-in and checkout times with the hotel.
We will arrange transport from/to the Physics department (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ggcycM8FnJ8NWxzm8) to/from the conference auditorium in the mornings/evenings. Also, transport from Centenary Visitors House (CVH, https://maps.app.goo.gl/ssDheYGVe9arVC569, and other guest houses on campus) to/from conference venue will be provided.
