The work is mainly Dawn Ceres hyperspectral data processing and calibration and then data analysis. I am preferring candidates with good programming skills and interest to explore basic spectroscopic and physical-chemistry and remote sensing fields. The advt is attached (the deadline is 18th May, and the online interview is 22nd May). The initial offer is made for 6 months but extendable after review (the project is up to 2026). Direct PhD enrolment is not possible, but highly recommend to enroll for PhD through NISER's formal PhD call/interview. Since the project is with Max Planck Institute for Solar System Science in Goettingen/Germany and with others, the opportunity for foreign visits for collaboration/conference almost every year is there.

Thanking you,
