Announcement of the 4th Indo-french CEFIPRA Astronomy meeting (IFCAM) on 'Galactic and extragalactic universe in the era of new-generation radio (SKA and pathfinders)/IR/Optical (MSE) facilities' jointly organized by the University of Lyon and Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA). The meeting is supported by the Indo-French Centre for the Promotion of Advanced Research (IFCPAR/CEFIPRA), a bilateral organization set up by the Department of Science and Technology (DST) of Government of India, and the Ministry for Europe & Foreign Affairs, Government of France to enhance international collaborative research in the field of Science &Technology. This event is a part of the celebration of the Golden Jubilee (50 years) Commemoration Year of the DST and the Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA). The school will be hosted at IIA, Bangalore, India and will provide a week of lectures and tutorials on specialized topics during the week of 14 - 20th March 2021.
