The Teaching Learning Centre of the Astronomy Centre for Educators is pleased to announce an online advanced  course on pulsar astrophysics, by Professor Dipankar Bhattacharya of IUCAA. This course is essentially for faculty members, postdoctoral fellows and research  scholars working in the field, and is for a duration of about two months. A copy of the poster is attached.

These lectures will take a broad and intensive look at the fundamental questions and results of pulsar  astrophysics. The set of 20 lectures will cover pulsar magnetosphere modeling, radio and high-energy radiation from pulsars and neutron star interiors. The course  will supplement the lectures with live interactions  with Professor Dipankar Bhattacharya, assignments and quizzes. The course will be coordinated by Dr Prakash Arumugasamy of the TLC at IUCAA.

The last date for registration is the 16th of January 2021. Please follow the link   http://bit.ly/ACE-Pulsars2021 to register. I have copied it to a few friends working on  pulsars and related areas. Could I also request you to  bring it to the attention of those who may be interested?

Thank you very much.
With regards and best wishes,
