Indian Institute of Astrophysics is advertising for a post of Project Associate-1 to work in the IIA Science Communication, Public Outreach, and Education (SCOPE) Section. We invite applications from anyone below 35 years of age (with suitable relaxation) who has a Masters in physics/maths, or a BE/BTech. This position is for one year, extendable annually for four more years.
This position is primarily to take on coordination and implementation of outreach projects, conducting programs in schools and colleges as well as for campus visits, and creation of resource material. Experience in science outreach, astronomy popularisation etc is needed. The last date for application is 5.30 pm on 14 September.
