| Job Title: Application invited for Integrated MSc-PhD at MCNS-MAHE Job Category(s) : PhD, Other Job Description : The Integrated MSc-PhD programme in Physics at Manipal Centre for Natural Sciences, MAHE is now open for highly meritorious students with motivation towards fundamental research in the frontier areas of Natural Sciences. All students with bachelor’s degrees (BSc/BTech) are eligible to apply. A student in this programme would complete the courses essential for an MSc., during the first two semesters and acquire ample research experience by working on a research project during the 3rd and the 4th semesters. On successful completion of four semesters, with appropriate grade and excellent research performance, the students will have the opportunity to continue to complete their PhD thesis under suitable MCNS faculty members. They may also opt to exit the program with an MSc by Research degree if they wish to do so. More details of the application process and the programme is attached to this email.
