The second edition of "Conference On Blazars and Restless AGNs (COBRA): A High-Energy View", jointly organized by Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA) and Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali. This year, we are delighted to host the meeting at IISER, Mohali from July 1-3, 2026.
