We are pleased to announce that IUCAA, Pune, India, will be organizing the International Conference on X-ray Polarization of Compact Objects (XPOCO 2027) from 11–15 January 2027.
The conference will bring together researchers working on theoretical and observational aspects of X-ray polarization in the IXPE era and beyond, with a focus on compact objects and high-energy astrophysical sources, including black holes, neutron stars, AGN, magnetars, and transient sources. An international Scientific Organizing Committee and Young Scientific Organizing Committee are putting together an exciting scientific program for the week.
We warmly encourage interested researchers, postdoctoral fellows, and students to register and submit abstracts for contributed talks and posters.
